The Best Connection are recruiting a wiring and tape operative for our Redditch client to work full-time with 8:00–16:30 shifts and a 15:00 finish on Fridays. This long-term temp-to-perm opportunity includes comprehensive training lasting 6–12 months.
You will set and operate small rolling and bonding mills to achieve precise tolerances, calculate lengths with Excel and mental arithmetic, and support other production activities as required. Training and overtime potential are available.
