Is this you?

You've just graduated (marketing degree not required) or finished your studies with strong results, and you're ready to build real experience rather than send out another hundred applications. You're curious about how businesses actually work, not just how to write a good caption. Maybe you grew up around a family business, did some work experience somewhere entrepreneurial, or you're simply fascinated by what makes companies tick.

You're organised, you've got sharp attention to detail, and you can write. You're not afraid of a fast-moving, small-team environment where things change quickly and no two days look the same.

What you'll actually be doing

Helping bring our clients' marketing campaigns and digital strategy to life

Supporting marketing campaign work for Chalkhill Blue's own clients, alongside our internal marketing

Creating content for social media, blogs, newsletters and campaigns

Building and running email marketing campaigns

Supporting lead generation and nurture campaigns

Keeping our website and landing pages fresh and up to date

Digging into the numbers with tools like Google Analytics

Helping plan and deliver events and webinars

Managing customer data and supporting our CRM

Getting stuck into the day-to-day of campaign coordination

What you'll gain

A recognised marketing apprenticeship qualification through Pro Apprenticeships, choosing the pathway that suits you best:
Multi-Channel Marketer (Level
3), Marketing Executive (Level
4), or AI Content Creator (Level
3)

20% of your time protected for training as part of your apprenticeship

Mentorship and coaching from experienced marketers, entrepreneurs and business growth specialists

Hands-on experience across a genuinely wide range of platforms, tools and campaign types

Exposure to B2B strategy in a live commercial consultancy, not a classroom simulation

The opportunity to join the team permanently once you've completed the programme

What we're looking for

A recent graduate (any degree, marketing not required) or T-Level / college leaver with strong academic results

GCSEs in English and Maths at grade B/6 or above

A genuine interest in marketing, digital content and how businesses grow

A proactive, can-do attitude to learning

Excellent written communication and a sharp eye for detail

A basic understanding of social media and marketing principles

Comfortable in a small team where things move fast

An interest in entrepreneurs, family businesses and ambitious SMEs

A full driving licence and access to a car (public transport to our Brinkworth office is limited)
