Halfords is seeking an experienced Customer Insight Manager on a 12‑month contract, 3 days per week in Redditch. You’ll lead our customer insight capability, manage key research and agency partnerships, and champion the voice of the customer across Marketing, Category and Proposition.
You will translate evidence into action and shape future propositions. Collaborating with Analytics, CX, UX and Commercial teams, you’ll drive learning, track outcomes and ensure insight informs today’s decisions
