An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Event Coordinator to join a successful B2B organisation based in Redditch. You'll take responsibility for coordinating exhibitions and events, managing everything from organiser requirements and branded materials to travel arrangements and post-event reporting. This varied position also provides exposure to wider marketing activity, including social media, website updates and campaign administration. It would suit a highly organised events professional who enjoys managing multiple projects and working with internal teams, suppliers and external partners.

• Coordinate B2B exhibitions and events, managing project plans, deadlines, organiser requirements and stakeholder communications.
• Arrange event logistics, including stand requirements, suppliers, branded materials, collateral, travel and accommodation.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to agree event objectives and maximise return on investment.
• Support wider marketing activity, including website updates, social media scheduling, content formatting and campaign administration.
• Help measure event and campaign performance, tracking results, follow-up activity and improvement opportunities.
