Location: Redditch

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a busy manufacturing team based in Redditch. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and experience within an engineering or production environment.

• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards
• Carrying out visual and dimensional inspections
• Using measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometers, and gauges
• Identifying and reporting defects or non-conformities
• Completing quality documentation and inspection reports
• Working closely with production teams to maintain quality standards
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures

• Previous experience in a quality inspection role (manufacturing/engineering preferred)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Experience using measuring tools (e.g. verniers, micrometers)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for recording data

• Experience with in metal or springs manufacturing
• Knowledge of quality standards and inspection processes
• Previous experience completing inspection reports
