Trainee Quality Inspector (Redditch) – £12.71 per hour, full-time, Monday to Friday. Join a manufacturing firm in Redditch and start a career in quality control. We're recruiting for a Trainee Quality Inspector to join a well-established manufacturing business in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, has good IT skills, and wants to develop a long-term career within a quality-focused environment. No previous quality inspection experience is required as full training will be provided.

The Role

As a Trainee Quality Inspector, you'll work alongside an experienced quality team, learning how to inspect products, record inspection results, and ensure quality standards are consistently met. You'll also use computer systems to input data and produce quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out visual inspections of manufactured products following training.
  • Record inspection results accurately using company computer systems.
  • Assist with quality documentation and reporting.
  • Identify and report any quality concerns to the relevant team members.
  • Ensure products meet customer and company quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to support continuous improvement.
