A leading aerospace manufacturing business in Redditch is seeking a Quality Manager to take ownership of product quality across its precision engineering operation. This position is ideally suited to either an experienced Quality Manager or a Senior Quality Engineer looking to progress into a management role within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 p.a.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving product quality standards, reducing non-conformances, improving manufacturing quality performance, and ensuring customer expectations are consistently achieved across the business.
The Role Reporting into senior management, responsibilities will include:
- Leading all product quality activities across manufacturing
- Managing customer quality concerns and driving effective corrective actions
- Reducing scrap, rework, and non-conformance levels across production
- Conducting root cause investigations using structured problem-solving techniques
- Supporting inspection and manufacturing teams to improve right-first-time performance
- Managing internal and external quality issues with customers and suppliers
