- To ensure the branch is well maintained, clean and safe.
- To handle enquiries ensuring excellent customer service.
- To solve queries or problems.
- Provide quotations.
- Manage the trade counter.
- To drive sales to reach sales targets.
- To manage the stores, checking stock levels, ordering stock.
- You should possess an extensive knowledge and network of electrical suppliers and contractors.
- Experience in the electrical wholesale industry.
- Enthusiastic, confident and hardworking.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good team player.
- Good electrical product knowledge and sales experience.
