Hours:

16 hours across 4 days per week. Pay: £10.10 – £12.31 per hour (based on age). Benefits include 6 weeks holiday, 15% staff discount, staff benefits package, and more.

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Redditch, Worcestershire. This is a permanent part‑time position with a variety of shifts, minimum 16 hours over 4 days, including weekends.

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and hello.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, help pack, and leave a positive impression.
• Handle stock with care during deliveries, placing products in freezers and on shelves.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean, and tidy.

• A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
• Enjoy being busy with a variety of tasks: deliveries, till service, shop floor assistance, cleaning, and stock rotation.
• Reliability – be an important part of a small team and perform each shift to a high standard.
• Flexibility with shifts; be willing to cover for teammates as needed.
