Retail Store Supervisor​/Team Leader

Overview

Our store teams are the warm arm of reassurance, the friendly face offering incredible product insight, product knowledge and trust. They provide in‑store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, in‑store parent‑to‑be events and more, guiding customers through their unique parent journey and creating magical moments.

Our supervisors are ambassadors of these magical moments and the heart of our award‑winning business. We are expanding our team and looking for an ambitious Supervisor to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Bluewater store. You will lead a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the store Manager or Management team to achieve store results and an incredible customer experience.

Position: 20 hours per week, across 4 days, including either Saturdays, Sundays, or both. (Apply to chat through shifts that would work best for you)

If you come from a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant background, love putting a smile on customers’ faces, can lead by example and support a team, we’d love to hear from you.
