As an Apprentice Sales Assistant you will serve customers with a smile, share Star Buys, and help everyone leave feeling great. You’ll keep the store looking its best and help drive store targets. It’s a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that offers plenty of learning opportunities. We view Apprentice Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders, providing training and opportunities for progression.

Your training will take place in‑store over the first 12 months, with no college days or homework. At the end of the period you will have a discussion about your experiences and an observation of you performing your role. Your team and tutor will support you to achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

• Desire to learn and improve your knowledge and skills
• Flexibility in working hours and adaptability to change

• Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (national 4’s for Scotland)
• No current education and available for full‑time shifts
• No prior Retail Apprenticeship completion
• Eligible to work in the UK
