AYBL in Redditch is seeking a commercially minded Merchandiser to own the wholesale channel, building strong partner relationships and guiding range selections. You will report to the Merchandising Director and influence performance through budgets, capacity planning and proactive issue resolution within a fast-growing brand.
This role calls for self-starting initiative, strong data interpretation, and collaboration with Buying, Sourcing, Finance and Supply Chain to scale the wholesale function.
