Channel Sales Manager / Channel Sales Director / Channel Sales Specialist Hybrid offices based in Redditch Channel sales manager, channel sales director, channel sales specialist Are you ready to take charge of your own function and be fully responsible for revenue performance? Reporting directly to the CEO you will be hands on, focussed on selling and partnering with growing UK MSPs, VARs and resellers Do you want to work with a Vendor with an established range of communication and CX solutions CcaaS, Tier 1 telephony and AI driven products, all designed for the SME market?

TelXL is a UK based Contact Centre and CX technology provider built forthechannel. We enable MSPs, resellers and telecoms partners to deliver modern customer experience solutions across voice and digital channels, without the complexity, cost or operational burden typically associated with enterprise platforms.

The business is built on a high availability carrier grade platform, a growing suite of omnichannel and AI enabled capabilities, and a strong existing partner and customer base. Voice, messaging, payments, analytics, virtualreceptionistand AI are converging in our roadmap, creating a clear opportunity to scale both our proposition and our position in the market. In this role you will;
Build a structured,scalableand repeatable channel sales capability. Take full responsibility for revenue performance working to clear targets and driving partner acquisition,expansion and revenue growth across the UK communications channel, with a keen eye for identifying cross sell penetration. Work the full sales lifecycle from initial interest and supporting the partner until deal confirmation alongside the onboarding team Identify how we can support the onboarding of new partners with sales and product training Have the opportunity to grow a team overtime Work with marketing and product to ensure messaging, positioning and execution are tightly connected to market demand and partner needs.

Work with the CEO to build the brand in the industry taking part in industry events We are looking for;
Strong knowledge of the CCaaS, UCaaS, telecoms or CX technologies Proven success in channel sales (MSPs, VARs, resellers) Hands on, results driven mind set. Please contact Zoe Fox at TelXL for more information
