We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding UK supplement brand in Redditch for an experienced Tik Tok Live Host. This full‑time role offers £30,000 per year plus a monthly Live‑Sales Bonus. Candidates must have proven Tik Tok Shop or live‑commerce hosting experience.

We are acting for a fast‑growing supplement company seeking a Tik Tok Live Host with strong live‑selling, e‑commerce and Tik Tok Shop experience. The successful candidate will host scheduled live streams, deliver product demonstrations, drive sales conversions, and maintain high levels of viewer engagement throughout each session.

• Host Tik Tok Live sessions for a minimum of three hours per stream
• Present and sell products using live‑commerce techniques
• Run timed deals and promotional mechanics to increase conversions
• Engage viewers through real‑time interaction and customer response
• Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and maintain strong on‑camera performance
• React quickly to live‑stream activity and adapt without scripts
• Review live performance
  , analyse sales data and suggest improvements
• Support ongoing digital sales strategy and contribute new ideas for live formats

• Proven experience as a Tik Tok Shop Live Host or live‑commerce seller
• Strong background in live selling

• Confident, natural and engaging on camera
• Excellent communication and customer‑interaction skills
• Ability to maintain energy and engagement for extended live sessions
• Reliable, consistent and able to work to a live‑stream schedule
