We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Administration & Customer Service Executive to join our clients team. This is a key role acting as the vital link between sales, manufacturing, and logistics, ensuring every customer order is processed accurately, delivered on time, and handled with a first-class level of service. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end order process, keep our SAP system running like clockwork, and be the go-to person when customers need clear answers, fast.
Sales Administrator RoleIn this role, you'll sit at the centre of the order-to-delivery process — supporting the sales administration team and gaining first-hand exposure to how data accuracy, system discipline, and cross-department coordination drive customer service performance.
Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end sales order process from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer requirements.
- Maintain and oversee all sales data within the SAP system, ensuring records are kept up to date and correctly reflect order status and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate closely with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations for delivery are met or exceeded.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring professional, accurate, and timely resolution.
- Support the monitoring and reporting of order processing performance, customer satisfaction, and delivery KPIs.
- Identify and suggest improvements to processes and systems to drive efficiency and enhance service levels.
- Work closely with colleagues across sales admin, manufacturing, and logistics to manage multiple priorities and keep orders moving smoothly.
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive problem solver with a genuine customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable coordinating across departments and managing competing priorities.
- Previous experience in a sales administration, order processing, or customer service role is desirable.
- Career pathway into sales and account management.
- Direct exposure to SAP/ERP systems, KPI reporting, and supply chain coordination.
- Work across the hospitality and retail sectors with strong long-term demand.
- Structured support from an experienced sales administration team.
