Cruise Sales Executive

Are you currently in a sales role and looking to break into the travel industry? This is the perfect opportunity to work for a cruise company as a Cruise Sales Executive with the main focus on reconnecting with customers via outbound calls and emails. This role is Monday to Friday and based in the office and comes with a salary of 26,100 and OTE up to around 60k.

Cruise Sales Executive responsibilities:

• Outbound cold & warm calling to reengage inactive customers
• Identify travel needs, budgets, and booking intentions
• Discover if customers booked elsewhere and why
• Update CRM records accurately
• Build friendly, professional rapport
• Meet and exceed retention targets

Cruise Sales Executive skills required:

• Outbound calling or telesales experience (travel experience not required)
• Strong objection handling and questioning skills
• Target driven, energetic, and commission motivated
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Confident using CRM and dialling systems
