What youll be doing

As a key member of the team, youll be responsible for:

• Making outbound calls to warm leads and customers who have requested contact.
• Building rapport and quickly understanding each customers individual needs.
• Using empathy and excellent listening skills to provide a first-class customer experience.
• Qualifying enquiries and booking appointments for Field Sales Advisors.
• Managing and maintaining busy diaries for the field sales team.
