Wates Property Services is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join the Planned Works team, supporting social housing refurbishment and improvement programmes. You will be the primary contact for residents, ensuring informed, supported and engaged communities during works.
Essential experience in social housing and planned maintenance, with strong communication, empathy and organisational skills. Driving licence is required for site access and coordination.
