Registered Manager

Were looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to join a new and growing childrens residential service.

This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely cares about childrens residential care and wants to play a key role in creating a home where children feel safe, valued, supported and able to thrive.

The service has a strong focus on therapeutic care, emotional wellbeing and enrichment, with the belief that children deserve more than just good care they deserve positive experiences, opportunities and people around them who genuinely believe in them.

The role

As Registered Manager, youll have a key role in shaping the home, developing the team and embedding a strong culture from the outset.

Youll be responsible for:

• Creating a warm, nurturing and child-centred environment
• Leading and developing a committed staff team
• Promoting a therapeutic and trauma-informed approach
• Working alongside therapeutic support to understand and meet each childs individual needs
• Creating meaningful enrichment activities and experiences
• Supporting children to build confidence, independence and resilience
• Developing positive relationships with children, families and professionals
• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, care and compliance
