Tenancy Officer

Situated in North Worcestershire, Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council share services. To work with housing service colleagues, to support tenant engagement activities across the Council's housing services, ensuring tenants and leaseholders are actively involved in shaping, reviewing, and improving housing services. The role promotes inclusive participation, strengthens community relationships, and ensures tenant voices are heard and acted upon.

• To support the Senior Tenancy Experience Officer (STEO) to develop and implement an effective tenant engagement strategy for the Housing Service, working with internal and external stakeholders
• Organise and facilitate tenant/leaseholder panels, forums, and scrutiny groups
• To provide support to tenants/leaseholders to enable them to be active and effective members of the Housing Service Improvement Board, sitting alongside Officers and Councillors

• 1 year experience in a front facing customer service environment
• Educated to GCSE A-C or equivalent
• Clean UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
