Night Logistics Coordinator

Our prestigious client is looking for a Transport Coordinator (Nights) to join a logistics team in Redditch. This is an office-based role (no hybrid working) and is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Monitor and track the movement of goods from A to B
• Keep customers updated on shipments in real time
• Ensure full control of tracking processes and resolve issues quickly
• Handle customer communication at the highest level
• Work closely with 1–2 team members during night shifts

• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• A positive, proactive “can-do” attitude
• Ideally some experience in transport/logistics
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Comfortable working in a small team during nights
• Air & Road Freight Ideal

• Tuesday – Friday nights, 19:00 – 07:00 (44 hours per week, 1-hour unpaid break) (+ Shift Allowance)
• Training: 6–8 weeks on day shifts (40 hours per week, salary pro rata during this period)

• Up to £33,000 D.O.E. + 10% Shift Allowance/Bonus
• 20 days annual leave (5 weeks) + bank holidays
