We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy pharmaceutical warehouse in Redditch. This is a temporary ongoing opportunity with an immediate start for the right candidate.

The main focus of the role will be stock replenishment, ensuring pick locations remain fully stocked and ready for warehouse operations. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Replenishing stock locations for Pickers and Packers

* Ensuring products are available for warehouse operations

* Using ladders safely to access stock where required

* Manual handling and lifting of products

* Picking orders using handheld scanners

* Packing products and preparing orders for dispatch

* Palletising stock ready for delivery

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

Please note that although replenishment will be the primary duty, candidates must be flexible and willing to work across different warehouse departments as required to support business needs.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous warehouse experience preferred (1-2 years desirable)

* Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for the duration of the shift

* Ability to carry out manual handling duties

* Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance

* Good attention to detail

* Fast learner with the ability to pick up new tasks quickly

* Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
