Maintenance Technician

1st shift: 6am to 2:30pm
- Monday
- Friday

** Responsibilities*
* + Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, instrumentation, and other equipment, systems or structures

+ Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities

+ Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary

+ Knowledge of landscaping, cutting of hedges, trimming of bushes and picking up trash

+ Basic knowledge of electrical

+ Basic knowledge of plumbing

+ Basic Carpentry skills

+ Basic drywall repair and painting of walls

** Qualifications*
* + Must be 18 years of age or older

+ Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific environments (if applicable), including work history if available.

+ A valid State Driver's License is required.

+ Basic knowledge of proper use of power tools, hand tools.

+ Recognize various hardware parts and methods of repair for related tasks.

+ Must possess organizational skills.

+ Must be able to perform unsupervised.

+ Customer Service Experience

+ 2 to 3 years of similar work experience
