We are looking for an organised and proactive ALS Administrator to join our Additional Learning Support team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy, student-focused environment and wants to play a key role in supporting learners with additional needs across our College Group.

As part of our Inclusion and Wellbeing provision, you will provide effective administration and coordination for Additional Learning Support (ALS), helping to ensure students receive timely, high-quality support throughout their learner journey.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will coordinate and administer a range of Additional Learning Support processes, ensuring accurate record keeping, efficient scheduling and effective communication across teams.

What we re looking for

We are seeking a highly organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

You will have:

  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or Level 2 equivalent, or be willing to obtain them.
  • Experience providing administrative support within a busy environment.
  • Strong knowledge of administration processes and office best practice.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain accurate record and systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Opportunities are available on both a permanent 38-week working year basis and as a permanent part-time position working 2–3 days per week.

Interviews are expected to take place from 20th of August onwards.
