Business Administration Apprentice

College location: East Surrey College (Redhill) and John Ruskin College (Selsdon)

Salary: £17,810 - £22,430.72

Hours: Full time (37 hours/week) 08:45-17:00 Mon – Fri

Kickstart your career with a Business Administration Apprenticeship supporting our Client Services team during an exciting period of change. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across Admissions, Enrolment, Bursary, and Customer Services
, while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

As an apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth experience for applicants and students. You’ll gain valuable insight into how a busy client services team operates while contributing to a major systems transformation project.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with applications, enrolment, and student communications
  • Support customer enquiries and college events
  • Help with system updates and data management (Pro Solution)

The ideal candidate must have GCSE Maths & English (or Level 2 equivalent)
