Quantity Surveyor (Refurbishment & Fit Out) | Permanent | Redhill, Surrey

A leading refurbishment and fit out contractor have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing business on a permanent basis, based out of their offices near Redhill, Surrey.

The business have been operating for approximately 40 years, in which time they have established an enviable reputation for delivering high quality interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across a wide range of premises for high profile clients.

They carry out multiple fast track programmes; from bespoke projects through to major works, with a high level of attention to detail that ensures projects are always delivered on time and on budget. They cover a range of restaurants, hotels and leisure and commercial office space projects from £500k to £5m in value.

They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis as soon as possible as they have a lot of work on currently and in the pipeline. The ideal person will have a strong track record working within the commercial refurbishment and fit out sector for a reputable Main Contractor.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + package
Location: Redhill, Surrey

Experience:

• Ideally Degree Qualified
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working on commercial refurbishment and fit out projects up to £5m
• Able to work autonomously on multiple projects
• Happy to commute to Redhill, Surrey and work in London when required
