Project Manager - Occupied Building & Cladding Project

I am currently recruiting for a Project Manager to lead on a new 8 million occupied building in Surrey / South London. The works involved are primarily new rain screen cladding, remediation and EWI insulation works so experience in this area is a MUST.

The Candidate - must be capable of programme management, ability to forward plan, produce Weekly & monthly reports, be able to manage labour resource and materials and be able to lead site teams whilst reporting into a visiting contracts manager on progress.

My client is looking to pay a competitive basic salary and package and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP but can wait if the candidate is on notice.
