Service Advisor / Receptionist – Work-Life Balance & Christmas Shutdown!

Are you a customer service natural looking for a relaxed team environment with weekends completely to yourself? We are a highly-rated, independent garage in Nutfield looking for a friendly Service Advisor / Receptionist to be the face of our workshop.

• Salary: £32k – £35k + Group bonus scheme
• Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (
  No weekends!)

• Customer Service: Welcoming customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
• Booking & Scheduling: Managing the workshop diary for servicing, MOTs, and repairs.
• Communication: Liaising between technicians and customers to explain repairs clearly.
• Admin: Creating job cards, invoicing, and processing payments.
