Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator
Location:
Salfords, Surrey
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
Full-time, Permanent Position. Salary: £25,000-£29,000 DOE.
This role is fully office based.

We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing business that provides service solutions across the UK. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join their friendly team in Salfords.
In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring service requests are handled efficiently, engineers are scheduled effectively, and customers receive exceptional support every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Log, monitor, and update service requests using internal systems
- Coordinate engineer visits, installations, repairs, and follow-up appointments
- Keep customers informed with timely updates and clear communication
- Plan and prioritise engineer schedules to meet service commitments
- Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation
- Process reports, paperwork, and service-related administration
- Monitor outstanding jobs and proactively follow up to ensure completion
- Support the wider service team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Deliver a professional, positive customer experience at all times
- Previous experience in a service desk, scheduling, customer service, coordination, or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM or service management systems
- A proactive, team-focused approach with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
