Are you a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education? Do you have a passion for working with children and a desire to support their learning and development?

We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Redhill seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in education, whether you're considering teacher training in the future or simply want to make a real difference in the classroom.

Your role will include:

Supporting pupils across the classroom and in small intervention groups

Assisting students with SEND, EAL, or requiring additional learning support

Helping with lesson planning and resource preparation

Providing 1:1 support where needed

Contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment

What we're looking for:

A graduate (all degree backgrounds welcome)

A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude

A genuine interest in education and working with children

Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential

A DBS on the Update Service is highly desirable (or willingness to obtain one)
