We are seeking an inspiring and visionary Head of English to lead a highly committed team. This role is ideal for an experienced subject leader or an exceptional English Teacher ready to take the next step in their career. You will oversee curriculum design, drive standards across Key Stages 3 and 4, and model outstanding teaching practice.

• A qualified English specialist with QTS (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in leading or contributing to departmental improvement
