We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive school in Redhill for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated support team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and committed SEN TA who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

The Role:

Providing 1:1 and small group support

Supporting pupils with ASC, ADHD, SEMH and speech & language needs

Implementing EHCPs and individual support plans

Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo

We're Looking For:

✔ Proven school-based SEN experience (essential)
✔ Strong understanding of autism and behavioural support strategies
✔ Calm, patient and proactive approach
✔ Confident supporting children with complex needs
✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (desirable)
