We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive school in Redhill for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and committed SEN TA who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Supporting pupils with ASC, ADHD, SEMH and speech & language needs
• Implementing EHCPs and individual support plans
• Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo

• Proven school‑based SEN experience (essential)
• Strong understanding of autism and behavioural support strategies
• Calm, patient and proactive approach
• Confident supporting children with complex needs
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (desirable)
