Your Responsibilities

Short-Term Roles

Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across different year groups
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Follow school behaviour policies and manage classroom expectations effectively
Mark and provide feedback in line with school policies
Adapt confidently to different school settings and routines

Long-Term Roles

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
Participate in staff meetings, training, and wider school activities
Take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning and marking

What We're Looking For

Final-year teaching students on track to achieve QTS
A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A proactive, flexible, and positive approach
