Midday Supervisor

MIDDAY SUPERVISOR

We seek a Midday Supervisor to keep pupils safe, happy, and healthy during lunch. In this part‑time role, you will supervise the dining hall, encourage positive play on the playground, and support well‑being during the term‑time break.

As Midday Supervisor you will:

• Supervise children during lunch, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.
• Encourage positive, inclusive play on the playground and within the dining hall.
• Maintain peace during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Follow school procedures and safeguarding policies diligently.
• Support pupils’ health and well‑being during the break.

• Warm, patient, and approachable manner with children.
• Excellent communication skills and team‑player attitude.
• Ability to maintain a safe, happy, inclusive lunchtime environment.
• Proactive approach to supervising indoor and outdoor activities.
• Strong commitment to school procedures and safeguarding policies.
