Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Classroom Assistant to join our team supporting primary and secondary schools across a number of our schools in the Surrey area.

As a classroom assistant, you will work across a range of Primary and Secondary schools within your local area that specialise in SEN settings. You will support teachers with lesson prep, manage classroom activities, and provide individual or small-group support to students, focusing on literacy, numeracy, behaviour, and social-emotional development. You will help create a positive learning environment, work with children with special needs, and sometimes supervise activities outside the classroom.

You will be provided with a variety of lesson plans to support your teaching and ensure you are prepared for different scenarios.
