Godstone. Mainstream Primary School.

Start Date:

September (ASAP). Pay: £90-£105 per day.

Hours:

Full-time, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm. DBS:
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).

As a Classroom Assistant, you will work in partnership with the class teacher to support learning and foster an engaging classroom environment. Your responsibilities include supporting lesson preparation, delivering targeted one‑to‑one and small‑group support—particularly for pupils with additional needs—and helping to ensure the school day runs efficiently.

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, including pupils with SEN.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Assist with classroom organisation and daily routines.
• Support lesson preparation and help ensure the school day runs efficiently.
