Primary Teacher

Primary Teacher – Redhill, Surrey – Full‑time (Mon‑Fri 8:00 am – 3:30 pm); salary paid to scale.

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our thriving community school in Redhill. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality, inclusive education to pupils aged 4‑11, fostering a love of learning and supporting each child’s personal development.

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons across the National Curriculum, adapting resources to meet diverse learning needs.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.
• Create a safe, supportive classroom environment that promotes respect, curiosity and collaboration.
• Contribute to whole‑school initiatives, including pastoral care, extra‑curricular activities and parent‑teacher communication.
• Participate in professional development and staff meetings, sharing best practice and collaborating with colleagues.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a primary setting, with a proven track record of improving pupil outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of current educational legislation and best practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
