• Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.
• Maintain high expectations for pupil behaviour and learning.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different classes and subjects.
• Support pupils’ engagement, progress and positive conduct.
• Follow school safeguarding, behaviour and reporting procedures.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff across school settings.

• Hold QTS or equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification (essential).
• Be a confident ECT or an experienced teacher within the secondary phase.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for KS3–KS4.
• Maintain high expectations for pupil progress, attainment and behaviour.
• Show an exemplary commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues and school leaders.
