Orbital South Colleges Group is seeking a Transition Officer to support learners with EHCPs, SEND and other learning needs as they transition into college. You will work closely with students, families, schools and Local Authorities to ensure timely and appropriate support from the start of their educational journey.
As Transition Officer you will coordinate admissions, complete EHCP consultations, conduct assessments and develop learner profiles.
