We are looking for an Early Years Lecturer to join our friendly and supportive team. You will play a key role in delivering engaging, high-quality teaching, supporting learners to develop their knowledge, skills, and confidence as they progress towards their future careers.

We welcome applications from experienced industry professionals. If you have relevant industry experience but do not yet hold a teaching qualification, we can support you to gain one whilst you work with us.

• Relevant degree or equivalent industrial or professional qualification
• Teaching qualification or willing to work towards
• Knowledge of current developments in the FE/Adult curriculum
• Understanding of challenges in teaching and learning in FE
