Electrical Engineer (BESS Systems/Substations)

Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 + In-house Training + Annual Discretional Bonus + Christmas Shutdown Period + Progression to Project Management

You will be responsible for delivering company projects from project initiation through to project closure. As the go‑to Electrical Engineer throughout the project lifecycle, you will deliver project plans, define technical requirements, and oversee the design and installation of predominantly e‑house substations, with occasional electrical pumping system projects.

• Deliver project plans and technical requirements, and be the go‑to Electrical Engineer for company projects.
• Oversee the design and installation of predominantly e‑house substations, and occasional electrical pumping system projects.

• Electrical Engineer looking to progress into a Project Management role.
• Electrical Engineer with experience working with Substations, BESS Systems, or Power Systems.

• In‑house training and progression to Project Manager.
• Discretionary annual bonus.
• Christmas shutdown period that does not eat into holiday allowance.
