We are currently recruiting for a Junior Finance Assistant to join a well-established business based in Redhill. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in finance, offering hands‑on experience and full training within a supportive team.

Working closely with the Finance Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of the finance function.

• Processing purchase ledger invoices
• Logging & distributing invoices for authorisation
• Matching invoices to goods received notes
• Processing employee expenses
• Handling bank payments
• Entering cash book transactions, including payments & receipts
• Completing bank reconciliations
• Raising & entering sales ledger invoices
• Filing financial documents & updating reports within deadlines

• Some exposure to finance or accounts is beneficial
• A basic understanding of accounting processes
• Strong attention to detail or accuracy
• A keen interest in developing a career in finance
• Organised and able to manage workload effectively

No formal qualifications are required for this role - full training will be provided. What's most important is your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and eye for detail.

• Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs per week
• Starting salary of £24,500pa (DOE)
