Location: Redhill, Surrey

Salary: £13.70 per hour (£26,715 per annum) plus benefits.

Hours: 37.5 hours guaranteed – stability you can count on

Contract: Permanent

Driving Licence: Full UK manual licence essential

We welcome applications from people at all levels — whether you’re new to social care or have lots of experience. This is a physical, hands‑on role
, and to succeed you’ll have:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• The ability to work full‑time (37.5hours per week) with a 7-day availability
• Previous experience in a care/support setting
• A valid manual UK driving licence
• The legal right to live and work in the UK

As a Support Worker, you’ll help people live fuller, more independent lives by:

• Supporting daily routines from morning to bedtime
• Planning and enjoying person‑centred activities – walks, swimming, shopping and trips out
• Building trusted, respectful relationships that support confidence and wellbeing
• Keeping clear and accurate records
• Working closely with colleagues and professionals

This is a role where building strong relationships is just as important as providing practical support.
