Recruitment Advisor - TEMP

Our client, who are a leading college group, are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a busy, fast-paced role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of positions, working closely with hiring managers to deliver a professional, efficient and compliant recruitment service.

Job Title: Recruitment Advisor (Temporary)

Salary: £15.00 to £18.00 per hour

Location: Redhill, with occasional travel to South Croydon

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5pm

Start: ASAP - 4 weeks initially

The successful candidate will be subject to a DBS clearance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including advertising, shortlisting, interviews and offers
• Directly source high-quality candidates using job boards, social media and networking
• Provide advice and guidance to managers on recruitment best practice
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and produce reports as required
• Support onboarding activity and ensure compliance with relevant policies
• Provide cover within the HR team and support cross-site activities when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a recruitment role (in-house experience desirable)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident user of Microsoft Office and recruitment systems
• Proactive and resourceful approach to candidate attraction
• Understanding of equality, safeguarding and data protection principles
