HR Services Advisor

HR Services Advisor £36,000 pro-rata part time – 32 hours per week Redhill We’re currently recruiting for a HR Services Advisor to join our People Team. What you’ll achieve in the role The overall purpose of this role is to deliver an engaging employee experience by providing high-quality support to employees and managers whilst coordinating operational processes across our employee journey.

We offer hybrid working, with an expectation of around 2–3 days per week in the office. Flexibility is required to attend in person meetings and deliver new starter inductions when needed. Key responsibilities include:

To provide high quality first-line support to employees and managers across the employee journey, ensuring timely resolution of policy, procedure, and system-related queries. To coordinate our employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment and on-boarding, contractual changes, learning & development, and leavers, within required timelines. To manage payroll and benefits administration. To manage our HR systems and records, ensuring compliance with GDPR retention schedule, audit readiness, and data integrity.

What you’ll bring to Raven CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience.

Experience of administering operational HR processes and procedures.

Experience of HR analytics and reporting (e.g. sickness absence and voluntary turnover) including use of Excel and producing reports from an HR database Sound knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll management, and benefits administration. Excellent interpersonal skills across different levels of the organisation, polite and assertive. Strong written, verbal, and numerical communication skills. An eye for detail and spotting where we can make improvements to our procedures.
