We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our client’s supportive logistics team. In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience in global freight and export operations within a well‑established business.

• Coordinate and arrange international freight shipments
• Maintain daily communication with global customers and suppliers
• Prepare and verify essential shipping and export documentation
• Negotiate favourable freight and courier rates
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the commodities trading team

• Proven experience in logistics, export, supply chain, or freight administration
• Excellent written and spoken English communication abilities
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• A confident, organised, and resilient individual capable of working under pressure
• A team player with plenty of common sense and great problem‑solving skills
• Office‑based in Redhill, Surrey
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
