Our client, a well-respected housing provider, is seeking an experienced Cleaner to join their voids (empty properties) team.

Responsibilities include:

* Deep clean vacant properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and living areas.

* Remove rubbish and leftover items from properties.

* Report any damage, repairs, or health and safety concerns identified during cleaning.

* Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures.

* Work alongside maintenance and repairs teams to ensure properties meet lettable standards.

* Maintain accurate records of completed work when required

You Will Need:

* Previous cleaning experience, preferably in housing, property, facilities, or void cleaning.

* Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.

* Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

* Good time management and reliability.

* Full UK driving licence
