Junior Vehicle Technician & Mechanic – Elite 3-Site Independent Network

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 basic salary (plus performance bonuses)

Location: Redhill Area (Free secure parking)

Hours: Monday – Friday only.
Strictly No Weekends!

• Core Mechanical Work: Building confidence on full brake overhauls, steering geometry, and suspension repairs.
• Introduction to Diagnostics: Learning to use modern multi-make diagnostic platforms to read codes and trace faults.
• Heavy Repair Support: Gaining hands‑on experience with timing chains, clutches, and belt replacements under senior guidance.
• Servicing & Maintenance: Carrying out high-standard scheduled maintenance and vehicle safety health checks.

• Experience: Around 2 years of professional workshop experience (independent garage, fast-fit center, or main dealer).
• Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Mindset: A reliable team player hungry to step away from basic tire-fitting and level up their skills.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
