Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Voids Cleaner to join our Voids Team

To deliver a high-quality cleaning service to Raven’s void properties, ensuring homes are safe, clean, and ready for re let. The role works collaboratively with other teams as required and contributes as part of a large, multi skilled trades team to deliver an outstanding, customer focused service.

• Delivery of a high quality cleaning service across void properties
• Completion of all general cleaning duties, including sweeping, hoovering, mopping, dusting, polishing, and deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms
• Safe operation of cleaning equipment and correct use of cleaning materials in line with health and safety requirements
• Accurate recording of completed work and materials used via hand held IT devices

• Willingness to go the extra mile and take responsibility when required
• Ability to work independently and on own initiative
• Flexible approach to changing priorities and working across departments
• Effective team working skills to support joint workloads and shared outcomes
